Why We Are Hiring for This Role

  • To establish a financial strategy that supports scaling hardware production and prepares us for funding opportunities.
  • To implement financial controls, systems, and reporting structures that align with the demands of high-growth hardware production and complex supply chains.
  • To drive cost efficiency, capital management, and long-term financial planning, ensuring we scale intelligently while meeting operational milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing financial plans for hardware production, including inventory management, capital expenditures, and supply chain complexities.
  • Fundraising and investor relations, particularly with pre-Series A and Series A venture funding.
  • Understanding manufacturing cost structures, margin analysis, and pricing strategy for high-tech products.
  • Leading finance teams in high-growth environments and mentoring team members.
  • Financial modeling, forecasting, and managing profit-and-loss statements, ideally with experience in ERP and other relevant finance systems.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as CFO or senior finance executive in hardware manufacturing or robotics companies.
  • Experience in financial planning for hardware production and fundraising for venture funding.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and leadership skills.

Benefits and Compensation:

The annual compensation for this role is expected to be between $100,000 and $1,000,000. We offer market-standard benefits, including health, vision, dental, and 401k plans.
