Spear Education: Sales Executive Opportunity

At Spear Education, we're dedicated to helping dentists and their teams achieve Great Dentistry. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a crucial role in establishing relationships with doctors, educating them on our comprehensive solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and upsell doctors through face-to-face and telephone interactions
  • Educate doctors on our workshop curriculum and product solutions
  • Ensure Spear Campus Workshops are filled to capacity
  • Enroll clients into their next step workshops, seminars, and memberships
  • Cross-sell campus attendees into Spear memberships
  • Serve as the Spear subject matter expert for doctor transitions
  • Continuously develop and renew client relationships through Client Relationship Management
  • Identify ideal doctor candidates for Practice Growth membership and build awareness of our solutions
  • Generate opportunities through pre-planning and doctor engagement activities
  • Collaborate with the Practice Growth Sales team to ensure client movement through the sales cycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and experience
  • Quota-driven sales experience
  • Location within a commutable distance to Scottsdale, AZ
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Dental experience a plus
