Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess insurance risks from retail agents, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
- Work closely with retail agents to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail agents to drive business growth and revenue.
- Meet monthly production goals and targets, as agreed upon with management.
- Provide on-line endorsement quotes and assist retail agents with procedures and guidelines.
- Follow through on all diary items within a 30-day timeframe.
- Present PL product webinars on a weekly basis.
- Preferred two years of college with an associate degree or 2 years of insurance experience with a P&C license.
- Ability to multi-task and perform expectations in a highly stressful environment.
- Above average written and communication skills.
- Ability to proofread and maintain a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to resolve insurance issues and provide solutions for retail agents.
- Must be available to work overtime as required by the work flow demand.
- Professional and friendly attitude and mannerism.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to complete all UW training to the satisfaction of management.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline.
