**Responsibilities:**
* Lead and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, including site analysis, project scope, budget estimation, project scheduling, material procurement, contract negotiation, and project execution.
* Coordinate and supervise the work of all project team members, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress regularly, identify potential risks or issues, and implement effective solutions to mitigate them.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports to stakeholders, including project status, financial updates, and any changes to the project scope or schedule.

**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical general contracting, with a focus on project management in the commercial construction industry.
* Proven experience in managing large-scale electrical construction projects from inception to completion.
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction methods, and safety regulations.
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
* Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost estimation, and financial reporting.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Professional certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
