Palliative Care Opportunities

Gentiva Hospice is a leading provider of palliative care services, focused on improving the quality of life for individuals and their families. We are seeking a skilled PRN Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering compassionate care with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized plans of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to their families
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or eligibility to obtain
  • 1+ year of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
