Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Vidant Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting health education to patients and their families.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Nursing or higher, with at least 1 year of experience in an acute patient care setting. A current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state is required. The successful candidate will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with ECU Health and entity-specific nursing policies, procedures, and professional standards of care/practice.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Evaluate patient progress toward attainment of expected outcomes and make adjustments to the plan of care as needed.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
Requirements- Diploma in Nursing or higher
- At least 1 year of experience in an acute patient care setting
- Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
