We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Barcel USA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate-level Club customers, including Costco.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed aggressive sales targets in the Club Channel.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute initiatives that drive revenue growth and maximize market share.
  • Work closely with Buying teams, Customer Replenishment teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Manage P&L responsibility for customers and foster relationships with key customer contacts across multiple departments.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and drive growth.

**Requirements**

  • 4+ years of experience in the Club Channel and/or Grocery industry, with a proven track record of delivering results and increasing responsibility.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field, plus 4 years of sales experience in the CPG industry at an account management level.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Power User Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to deliver compelling and persuasive presentations.
