J. Frank Schmidt & Son Co., a wholesale tree nursery growing the industry’s finest shade and flowering trees is seeking a seasoned and results orientated Sales Manager. The Sales Manager directs and coordinates sales activities for outside representatives and in-house customer service reps. Develops short and long range objectives and plans strategies for achievement. Trains, develops and motivates assigned sales staff. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, be computer savvy, have in-depth knowledge of national sales and marketing techniques, and a minimum of five years’ experience in sales management. Must be energetic and self-motivated with strong customer relations experience. Requires occasional travel.
