About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning organization at Raytheon. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on requirements provided by the customer, ensuring cost and schedule integration.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of IMS, ensuring program plan and IMS are developed consistent with IPDS and program life cycle.
  • Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams, understanding SRA concepts and theory, and integrating mitigation plans into the IMS and schedule risks into the Risk Management process.
  • Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, and schedule variance analysis and network logic validation, employing appropriate Earned Value Management System processes.
  • Mentor and train junior planners.
Requirements
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software).
  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
