About the Role:

Raytheon is seeking a skilled Program Management Specialist to join the Program Design & Planning organization. This position will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule. The successful candidate will have experience with software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules, such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan. They will also have prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow. Additionally, the candidate will have prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Perform analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics.
  • Review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures, and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on requirements provided by the customer that achieve necessary cost and schedule integration.
  • Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams, understands SRA concepts and theory, with ability to interpret results to the program team and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and schedule risks into the Risk Management process with the assistance of a Scheduled Risk Analysis SME.
  • Provides weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, and schedule variance analysis and network logic validation, employing appropriate Earned Value Management System processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules.
  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business processes.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

The salary range for this role is 96,000 USD - 200,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
