About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Management, Planning & Scheduling professional to join our Program Design & Planning organization at Raytheon. This role will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Plan/Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Analyze and ensure accuracy and completeness of critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, and evaluate trends and schedule-related metrics.
  • Review and implement IMS coding, outlining structures, and adherence to directives and department scheduling best practices.
  • Collaborate with the program team to integrate technical and programmatic solutions into the IMS baseline plan.
  • Lead creation and maintenance of compliant Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) on requirements provided by the customer.
  • Conduct and explain Schedule Risk Analysis results to program teams and integrate mitigation plans into the IMS and schedule risks into the Risk Management process.
  • Provide weekly and monthly planning metrics on schedule status, baseline maintenance, critical path analysis, and schedule variance analysis and network logic validation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 8 years of Program Planning or Scheduling or Project Management experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years' experience.
  • Prior work experience using software designed for creating and maintaining industry-related schedules (MS Project, Primavera, Open Plan, or similar scheduling software).
  • Prior work experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and/or evaluating critical path and/or workflow.
  • Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) or similar business process.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance is required.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $96,000 - $200,000, depending on experience.
