Overview:


This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive training for new hires, ongoing education for existing staff, and providing support across various departments as necessary.

Must possess certification as an EPIC trainer

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitates and organizes training sessions and educational initiatives.

* Exhibits the capability to gather and interpret relevant information.

* Demonstrates a solid understanding of professional development and growth.

* Identifies training needs among staff and provides tailored support and training.

* Offers additional training to employees as determined by leadership.

* Maintains proficiency in all areas of HCMG Information Technology (IT) relevant to non-clinical personnel.

  • Responsible for delivering IT training to HCMG associates, covering:
Communication tools, time management systems, appointment scheduling, electronic health records, online training, billing processes, etc.

* Responsible for acquiring IT access credentials for the entire medical group.

Conducts initial orientation for all new hires.

* Provides orientation sessions for new employees as required, which may include remote locations.

* Monitors the completion of the orientation process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are fulfilled (e.g., CPR, employee development, etc.).

* Regularly communicates with management regarding new employees to assess if further training is necessary.

Maintains awareness of and communicates available learning resources and tools to associates.

* Coordinates educational programs as needed for HCMG associates.

* Regularly evaluates training programs and identifies areas for improvement. Participates in training seminars.

* In collaboration with Operations Directors, organizes in-service training sessions as required, educating associates on TJC guidelines, both clinical and non-clinical.

Development, training, and assessment of clinical competencies.

  • In partnership with management and HCH resources, ensures all staff possess documented competency levels appropriate to their roles.
  • Periodically evaluates the training needs of all HCMG non-provider staff.
  • Develops an Annual Training Plan for HCMG and presents it to leadership.
Engages professionally with all members of the HCMG offices.

* Interacts constructively with physicians, management, and hospital staff.

* Attends meetings as requested by management.

* Stays informed of changes in policies, procedures, and regulations, updating them as necessary.

Exhibits problem-solving skills and effectively coordinates departmental activities.

* Communicates new ideas and suggestions to Operations Directors and staff to enhance departmental operations.

Complies with all governmental regulations, legal requirements, OSHA standards, and TJC guidelines.

* Collaborates with the lab supervisor to maintain the Laboratory Policy and Procedure manual.

* Ensures compliance with OSHA regulations across the office.

* Ensures all divisions are oriented and trained in TJC standards.

Performs additional job-related duties as assigned by management.

* Welcomes additional responsibilities in a positive manner.
