Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Program Manager to lead our construction programs in Pompano Beach or Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build a cohesive team culture.

Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple construction projects, serving as the point of contact and project lead.
  • Work with the leader to assign projects within the squad, based on technical ability and experience.
  • Provide risk management and issue resolution leadership.
  • Mentor Assistant Program Managers and receive mentorship from the Leader.
  • Participate in plans review, focusing on constructability and high-risk areas.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
  • 10 years of related experience in construction, including estimating, bidding, scheduling, and field engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, and web-based document collaboration software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Registration in the State of Florida.
  • 10 years of engineering experience in major road and/or bridge construction.
  • Experience with Florida Turnpike and/or FDOT is a benefit.
  • 5 years of project and/or program management experience.
