Compensation PackageThe estimated salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and location. We also offer a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities- Schedule Management: Manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, arrange accommodations, and create detailed itineraries for business trips.
- Document Organization: Organize and maintain both electronic and physical documents to ensure efficient access and retrieval.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, distribute materials, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Expense Tracking: Track the CEO's expenses, process reimbursements, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing corporate events, conferences, trade shows, and other company functions.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels while reducing excess or shortages.
- Vendor Communication: Coordinate payment processing to vendors and suppliers, including check preparation, electronic payments, and wire transfers.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Time Management: Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well independently as well as effectively within a team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently.
