Job Title: Process Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Process Engineer to join our team at Vytalogy Wellness, LLC. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and continuously improving our manufacturing and packaging processes in our state-of-the-art starchless gummy manufacturing facility in Haslet, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure efficient production and enhance product quality.
  • Develop and maintain labor standards and preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Engineer and implement manufacturing strategies to develop robust process control strategies and improve product quality.
  • Achieve cost savings by reducing costs in materials, labor, and overhead.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive process improvements and inform decision-making.
  • Manage equipment selection, modification, procurement, installation, and start-up processes to ensure seamless integration into our manufacturing operations.
  • Develop a knowledge management system to capture standard work and best practices, ensuring that knowledge is shared and retained across the organization.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is required; Master's degree is preferred.
  • In-depth technical knowledge and extensive hands-on experience with manufacturing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
