Job Overview

Pathways to Community is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Residential Services Site Supervisor to lead our care team and provide exceptional support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Care: Provide daily support to individuals with personal care needs, including assistance with daily living activities.
  • Scheduling and Planning: Coordinate and plan meals, activities, and outings to ensure a fulfilling and engaging experience for our clients.
  • Medical Support: Accompany clients to medical appointments, administer medications, and maintain accurate records.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our residential facilities, including cooking, housework, and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Transportation: Provide transportation to appointments and community events, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience for our clients.
  • Staff Support: Coach and mentor staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities, medications, and other important information.
Requirements
  • Driver's License and Insurance: Possess a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Driving Record: Maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong English communication skills.
  • Flexibility: Be able to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary.
  • Water Activities: Be able to participate in water activities, such as pool, waterslides, and hot tub.
  • Criminal Background Check: Pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check.
  • Experience: Have previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
