About the Assisted Living Supervisor Position

At Options Residential Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Assisted Living Supervisor. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential programs, ensuring that they align with our mission and vision of providing high-quality services to individuals with mental illness, brain injury, or chemical dependency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program Management and Service Coordination: Monitor programs to ensure compliance with licensing rules and regulations, and support the development of Person-Centered Recovery Plans.
  • Person-Centered Recovery Planning: Collaborate with team members, individuals receiving services, and their support teams to develop, maintain, and modify recovery plans.
  • Employee Management, Training, and Development: Provide management, accountability, training, and development to direct reports to ensure they meet the needs of individuals supported under current licensing requirements and company policies.
  • Site Management: Maintain the physical appearance of the work site according to licensing and safety regulations, and ensure proper communication with supervisors, maintenance, and other assigned individuals.
Requirements:

•Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services-related field (Licensed Assistant Living Director in Minnesota preferred)

•3+ years' experience delivering direct care services to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

•Supervisory and training experience

•Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision

•Ability to complete a Department of Human Services Background Study

•Valid Driver's license and proof of auto insurance
