About the Role

Carpet & Tile Mart is a family-owned flooring superstore with 15 locations across the US. We are seeking a talented Warehouse Associate to join our team in York, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, growing, and enhancing our in-store experience in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize incoming product and orders
  • Prepare product for shipment, customer orders, and transfers
  • Label and stockpile product according to size, shape, and type
  • Operate merchandise tools such as forklifts, measuring tapes, cutting knives, and industrial ladders
  • Record and manage impaired or damaged merchandise items
  • Enter data into our inventory program

Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License/ID and reliable transportation
  • Previous working experience in a warehouse environment
  • Able to lift minimum 50 lbs and have evenings and weekend availability
  • Forklift Operation Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Basic technology and math skills for computer use and calculations
  • Problem solver and Team player

As a Warehouse Associate with Carpet & Tile Mart, you can expect a competitive salary of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes discounts, bonus programs, paid vacation and sick time.
