The successful candidate will have a strong background in physics and a proven track record of success in the classroom. You will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and providing support to students who need it. In addition, you will work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to ensure that our students receive a well-rounded education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement curriculum and assessments that meet state and national standards
  • Provide instruction and support to students in the areas of physics and mathematics
  • Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to promote a culture of excellence
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in physical science or a related field
  • Teaching certification in New Jersey or willingness to obtain
  • Experience working with high school students preferred
