Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cash Applications Specialist to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of cash transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Retrieve and analyze cash and credit card payment details on a daily basis.
  • Verify payment information to ensure accurate identification of customers.
  • Post incoming payments to the correct open accounts receivable.
  • Research and resolve misapplied payments in a timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers regarding cash-related inquiries.
  • Generate and distribute daily cash total reports.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-4 years of experience in high-volume cash application.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Proven customer focus and experience working with diverse personalities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
