About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Vital Records Office Services Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for processing vital record requests, entering records into our system, and responding to customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process a high volume of vital record requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Enter records into our vital records system, ensuring data integrity and quality
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Maintain office files and perform quality assurance tasks
  • Meet daily production goals while adhering to VDH policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Ability to interpret and follow established procedures and guidelines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Considerable skill in the operation of standard office equipment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • Ability to complete a high volume of work on a daily basis
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $38,000 - $41,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
