About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Records Specialist to join our team at CIOX Health. As a Medical Records Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of patient health information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process patient health information requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information
  • Work with electronic health records and other software systems
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Meet productivity expectations and adapt to changing priorities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to travel locally and regionally (75% or more of the time)
  • Basic computer proficiency and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Previous production/metric-based work experience
  • In-person customer service experience
