Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, addressing service requests, and maintaining inventory controls.

You will also assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and coordinating special projects as directed by the Property Manager.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • Minimum one year of maintenance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Must have competent skills using a variety of tools;
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize tasks in a self-directed work environment and maintain high levels of productivity without direct supervision;
  • Detail oriented;
  • Able to work in a team environment and take direction;
  • Able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for entire shift;
  • Able to maintain balance, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, and wipe;

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, dependent on experience.
