About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and condition of our apartment homes, buildings, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  1. Repair and maintain apartment homes, including flooring, drywall, and appliances;
  2. Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, safety, and security systems;
  3. Paint interior and exterior surfaces;
  4. Clean and maintain common areas and apartment homes;
  5. Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements;
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in residential property management;
  • High school diploma or equivalency certificate required; technical school and/or CAMT certification preferred;
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record;
  • Ability to wear a respirator and comply with facial hair policy;
  • Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English;
  • BASIC computer skills, including email and internet use;
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth.
