Warehouse Operations Specialist

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities- Package, kit, and/or assemble orders and materials
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring all scanning is completed correctly
- Help train dock employees on new procedures
- Ensure facility security at end of shift; investigate and resolve scanning issues and housekeeping
- Perform picking and packing duties
- Check for evidence of product or container damage
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as scanners and WMS systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Ability to work both indoors and outside
- Powered industrial truck certification
- Ability to read, do basic mathematics in English for safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
- Six months of related warehouse experience
- One year or more related warehouse experience
- Ability to operate manual and/or automated warehouse/manufacturing equipment
- Competitive hourly pay

- First shift Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
