Compensation: $44K, hourly non-exempt

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and provide applicants with necessary documentation to facilitate informed decisions regarding financial assistance.
  • Assist students in securing funding through various available programs.
  • Guide parents and students through the financial aid process, including entrance counseling.
  • Download ISIRS and make necessary adjustments in Salesforce, notifying relevant departments of any changes.
  • Verify and audit the work conducted by Financial Planners.
  • Resolve C codes and complete verification processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Interpret and comply with federal and state regulations.
  • Authorize the holding or release of funds.
  • Update Salesforce accurately in the financial aid section regarding funding scores and related information.
  • Verify educational credentials of prospective students.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Preferred: 2 years of experience in financial aid.
