Ar Specialist

Vaco is seeking a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our clients' financial transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.

• Post customer payments: Record cash, checks, and credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate and issue invoices: Create and distribute accurate and timely invoices to customers.
• Reconcile payments and invoices: Verify that payments match invoices and update accounting records accordingly.
• Maintain accurate records: Ensure up-to-date records of accounts receivable transactions.
• Track and report on aging: Monitor and report on the aging of accounts to management.
• Reconcile sub-ledger and general ledger: Verify that accounts receivable sub-ledger matches the general ledger.
• Prepare regular reports: Generate reports on accounts receivable status, aging, and cash flow projections.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to: the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
