Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain demographic, clinical, and financial information from patients
  • Verify insurance coverage and perform pre-registration and registration activities
  • Provide instructions to patients on test preparation and validate medical necessity of cases
  • Work closely with the healthcare team to ensure clinical and financial clearance
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma; Associates Degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years experience in a physician's office, clinic, hospital business office, or related area dealing with the public in collection of data and funds
