Role Summary:

The Community Sales Representative serves as the primary liaison for Omni Fiber within designated communities. This role is pivotal in enhancing the customer base and representing the company at local events. The representative will focus on expanding the subscriber base through direct sales efforts, including face-to-face interactions and in-home presentations.

This position requires the use of a personal vehicle. Travel beyond 50 miles roundtrip within the assigned territory will be reimbursed at the current IRS mileage rate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by engaging in door-to-door sales to residential clients, promoting Omni Fiber's internet, voice, and television services.
  • Conduct outbound communications via calls, emails, and in-person visits to prospective and existing clients to introduce new services and suggest upgrades.
  • Participate in promotional activities for Omni Fiber's products and services, including trade shows, community events, and informational sessions, during both business and non-business hours.
  • Collaborate with Omni Fiber team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and minimum state-required auto insurance.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
