We are seeking an experienced Unit Manager to join our team, who will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our nursing unit.

Job Summary:

  • Supervise and manage a team of nurses, nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.

Requirements:

  • Current state nursing licensure required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and regulations.
