Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the commercial HVAC sector.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure their HVAC requirements are fulfilled.
- Prepare and deliver project proposals, quotes, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with engineering and installation teams to meet project specifications.
- Conduct site assessments to understand client needs and provide customized HVAC solutions.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC sales, particularly in the commercial sector.
- Demonstrated success in sales and client relationship management.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.
