Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Norman's Gift Shops, Inc. in Park City Mall.

About the Role:

The Customer Experience Coordinator will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, leading sales teams, and driving business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales teams to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior retail experience with supervisory exposure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
