Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Recreation Leader to join our team at St. Camillus Residential Health. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic skilled nursing facility setting, providing recreational programming to cognitively and physically impaired adults.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and lead group activities to promote physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning of residents.
  • Develop and implement individual interventions tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of each resident.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Therapeutic Recreation, or related field (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in providing recreational programming to cognitively and physically impaired adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a generous PTO structure, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
