Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:

  • Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor and ensure efficient check-in.
  • Utilize scheduling software to manage and confirm appointments.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
  • Process payments accurately and manage transactions.
  • Maintain organized and confidential client records.
  • Keep the reception area tidy, welcoming, and well-stocked.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth spa operations.

Esthetician Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a variety of esthetician services, including facials, chemical peels, and skin treatments.
  • Perform comprehensive skin assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare innovations to provide top-notch services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment areas and equipment.
  • Foster strong client relationships by offering expert advice and aftercare guidance.
  • Contribute to a calming and positive environment for clients.
Qualifications
  • Valid Texas esthetician license is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated experience as an esthetician, ideally in a medspa or upscale salon.
  • Prior experience in a front desk or administrative capacity is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to multitask.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and basic office tools.
