Intercompany Transactions
  • Review prior intercompany transactions to verify proper allocation and accuracy.
  • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to intercompany transactions.
Advanced Excel and Blackline Experience
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and create complex financial models.
  • Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for various accounting processes.
  • Utilize Blackline software for account reconciliations and ensure best practices are followed.
Corporate Tax and Fixed Assets
  • Manage corporate tax accounting, including preparation and filing of tax returns.
  • Oversee accounting for fixed assets, including tracking, depreciation calculations, and asset disposals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on GL reconciliation and intercompany transactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
