Job Title: Quality Technician

The Kable Group is currently seeking a Quality Technician in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity for permanent placement, with openings available on both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency metrics
  • Perform first article inspection activities for server and rack components, ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Complete level 1 and 2 Layered Process Audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Make recommendations to engineering staff to improve line balancing and machine programs, optimizing production workflows
  • Participate in quality review meetings and provide feedback for process enhancements, driving continuous improvement
  • Identify and mentor team members for professional growth, fostering a culture of excellence
  • Ensure product quality and conduct necessary inspections to prevent defects, maintaining a high level of quality control
  • Maintain standard work procedures and uphold visual and 5S standards, promoting a safe and efficient work environment
  • Communicate effectively between operators and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and problem-solving
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science
  • Knowledge of electronic component handling, with experience in quality inspections and testing
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and system operations, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions, with a focus on quality and process improvement
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills, with a strong attention to detail
