Exciting Opportunity for a CNA Training Instructor

Sanzie Healthcare Services, Inc. is in search of a committed CNA instructor to facilitate Lab and Clinical sessions at our establishment. Each course consists of five intensive days from 9 AM to 6 PM, scheduled once or twice a month.

  • Must possess a valid Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in Georgia
  • Certification as a Train the Trainer American Heart CPR Instructor is essential
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Certified Nurse's Assistant profession and its relation to other healthcare roles is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary
We are looking for full-time and part-time instructors with the following available shifts:
  • Daytime class from 9 AM to 1:30 PM (19 Day Shift including Clinicals)
  • Evening class from 1:45 PM to 6 PM (19 Evenings)

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in LPN, PCT, or CNA, with a minimum of two years in long-term care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and manage classroom lessons and student assessments
  • Create a curriculum that meets Georgia Nurse Aide Training Program standards
  • Provide classroom instruction and practical training
  • Teach essential skills such as first aid, vital signs monitoring, and safe lifting techniques
  • Oversee students during clinical practice
  • Assess student performance through various evaluation methods
  • Ensure compliance with conduct and behavior standards
  • Maintain a secure learning environment
  • Prepare students for certification examinations
  • Monitor and report any equipment issues
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior teaching experience is advantageous
  • A strong commitment to assisting students in reaching their objectives
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word is preferred

Competitive salary range of $18 - $20 per hour.
