We are a premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years. Our mission is to help children experience the thrill of achievement, develop new skills, and find new confidence through a variety of gymnastics-based programs.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Gymnastics Instructor to join our team at The Little Gym of Fayetteville. As a Gymnastics Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You will introduce kids to the serious fun of education and play, all within our unique learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Teach gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of our students
  • Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive and safe learning environment
Requirements
  • Background in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics
  • Ability to create a warm, fun, and educational environment for children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
