Job Title: JICO Instructor

FRDA, LLC is a boutique national security consultancy with worldwide operations. We provide specialized solutions to agencies of the US Intelligence Community, military Special Operations Forces, and other national security partners.

Job Purpose:

The JICO Instructor manages all functions related to planning, developing and coordinating training in support of the Joint Tactical Operations (JTO) Interface Training Program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, execute and maintain JID coursework.
  • Serve as liaison between company and operational client staff for planning and preparation.
  • Maintain and manage JICO automated tools.
  • Perform curriculum reviews, coursework development and multimedia enhancements with a focus in electronic classrooms.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or similar field of study from an accredited college or university.
  • Graduate of JT-301.
  • 10 years of datalink experience.
  • Prior Military Instructor Experience.
  • Current US Government SECRET security clearance.
  • Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated ability to spot new opportunities and spearhead new initiatives.
  • A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.
