About the Role

Adtalem Global Education is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts and improve the prospective student experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation strategies across multiple brands to drive student engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing automation strategies to improve student engagement and loyalty.
  • Leverage email, text, paid media, and direct mail channels to reach students and improve the student experience.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with internal teams and external partners to set and manage expectations.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with brand guidelines and adhere to best practices for student data privacy and security.
  • Analyze and interpret student behavior data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement test-and-learn programs to continuously improve marketing automation efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Stay current on industry trends and advancements in marketing automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a marketing automation role, with Eloqua experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation technologies and channels.
  • Excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and ability to work closely with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret student behavior data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
