About the Role

Signal Group Consulting is seeking an experienced and skilled Data Insights Manager to join our team. This role will play a critical part in helping us drive successful public affairs campaigns through data-driven insights. As a Data Insights Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and data partners to optimize campaign performance, communicate success, and grow our analytics practice.

Your Responsibilities

Analyze data from digital and traditional media channels to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Monitor cross-channel performance, including websites, ads, print, and social media, to drive campaign optimization. Ensure data accuracy and streamline reporting processes. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leaders, connecting directly with clients. Collaborate with teams to refine strategies and attend weekly client meetings to share insights.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a strong communicator who can simplify complex data for diverse audiences. You should be proactive in engaging teams to optimize campaigns and improve client outcomes. A positive, curious, and detail-oriented mindset is essential for this role, as you will work closely with internal and client teams daily. Additionally, you should be highly detail-oriented and able to see the campaign throughline from goals to tactics to KPIs.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need 3-5 years of experience in marketing/communications analytics or a closely related field. Strong project management skills and advanced Excel knowledge are also required. Experience with social media, digital marketing analytics, and conversion tracking is necessary, as well as proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics. Advanced analytics and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI) are a plus.

What We Offer

We offer a generous salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical and dental coverage, paid parental leave, bereavement leave, 401(k) with a 3% safe-harbor contribution, and annual bonus opportunities.
