About the Role

The Data Insights Strategist will lead analytics efforts to understand the impact of Oracle Health's products on both our customers and their end-users. With a strong background in healthcare data analytics, product intelligence, and outcome evaluation, this person will ensure that Oracle Health's products are aligned with customer goals and drive measurable improvements in patient health.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop customer intelligence strategies to inform business and product decisions.
  • Evaluate the impact of Oracle Health's products on customers' operational, clinical, and financial goals.
  • Track patient-centered KPIs to measure the impact of Oracle Health products on care quality and outcomes.
  • Publish thought leadership content to drive customer awareness and establish Oracle Health as a thought leader in healthcare.
  • Lead analysis on product adoption trends to identify opportunities to enhance product engagement and impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, data science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare data, customer intelligence, or product analytics.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, patient outcomes, and financial metrics like PMPM.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects with a focus on customer outcome assessment.
  • Proven track record of publishing data-driven insights and thought leadership.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
