Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse I to join our Medical Surgical Unit at Inland Hospital in Waterville, ME. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care through effective assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and complete patient records, adhering to hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of Maine, 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
