We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Healthcare Traveler on a night shift, working 36 hours per week.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient outcomes, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in peer review and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree)
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting (critical care, med-surg, or specialty unit)
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS)
