Interior Design and Flooring Sales Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Interior Design and Flooring Sales professional to join our team at Yonan Floor Coverings Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail customers, designers, builders, property management, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and sell floor coverings, including carpet, area rugs, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and ceramic tile.
  • Qualify clients to appropriate products and services, and provide accurate quotes based on their floor plans or descriptions.
  • Complete scaled diagrams and estimate costs, ensuring timely and efficient sales process.
  • Design custom rugs, bathroom/kitchen design, and coordinate with paint and other finishes.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Outgoing and motivated individual with a desire to succeed in sales.
  • Highly organized and efficient in fast-paced multitasking environments, with ability to prioritize effectively.
  • At least 6 months of sales experience, with 2 years of flooring sales experience preferred.
  • Proven sales record and ability to meet sales targets.
