Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a Design Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of mechanical seals, bearings, tooling, and other products.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to internal departments, including customers, suppliers, marketing, sales, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and apply mechanical components and products.
  • Develop product definition packages, solid models, drawings, and ECNs, as well as support product validation packages.
  • Participate in continuous improvement events and maintain existing products.
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years of experience in design engineering, with a preference for mechanical component design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of 3D solid modeling software, such as SolidWorks, Inventor, CREO, and/or CATIA.
  • Experience with design of experiments is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team structure and be detail-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Capable of creating and interpreting drawings and specifications.
  • Knowledge of metals and composites, with a background in materials a plus.
