Resumen del Trabajo: Como Gerente de Compromiso, su responsabilidad principal es impulsar un crecimiento sostenible en ventas asegurando tanto oportunidades de negocio repetidas como nuevas. Su aporte será crucial para dar forma a las estrategias de ventas a través de conocimientos del mercado y experiencia, liderando en última instancia al equipo de Ventas de Soluciones Ingenierizadas.

Responsabilidades Clave:


• Identificar, negociar y cerrar acuerdos en alineación con los objetivos de la empresa.


• Contribuir a las políticas de precios y gestión de relaciones con los clientes.


• Desarrollar estrategias para la generación de leads e iniciativas de marketing.


• Participar en eventos y presentaciones de la industria según sea necesario.


• Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar la satisfacción del cliente.


• Proporcionar actualizaciones regulares sobre el progreso de ventas a la alta dirección.


• Ofrecer información del mercado para mejorar las ofertas de productos y estrategias de retención de clientes.


• Construir y expandir la base de clientes a través de la gestión de relaciones.


• Promover y vender de manera cruzada los productos y servicios de la empresa a nivel global.

Requisitos:


• Título universitario en Marketing/Ventas o Gestión Empresarial, MBA preferido.


• Mínimo 10 años de experiencia en la venta de productos y servicios ingenierizados en el sector de la aviación.


• Amplia red en la industria con un enfoque preferido en aviónica.

Habilidades:


• Conocimiento extenso de la aviación comercial y procesos de ventas.


• Experiencia en liderazgo y desarrollo de equipos.


• Comprensión del desarrollo de productos aeroespaciales y precios.


• Excelentes habilidades de negociación y comunicación.


• Historial comprobado en ventas y gestión de relaciones con clientes.

Requisitos Físicos:


• Períodos prolongados de trabajo de escritorio.


• Capacidad para usar manos y brazos para tareas repetitivas.


• Puede ser necesario levantar ocasionalmente.
