Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining DISH satellite television systems in customers' homes. This is a critical role that requires strong technical skills, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain DISH satellite television systems in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work independently in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity and quality standards
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products, and provide training and support to other technicians as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical field, such as electronics or telecommunications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
