At ResourceMFG, we are seeking a skilled Cable Installation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, splicing, and installing miscellaneous components on seismic cables. This is an entry-level to highly experienced position that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

Measuring and cutting cables to a specified length
Stripping insulation and preparing wires for electrical termination
Soldering wires and connectors
Respooling cables
Preparing splices for molding
Mixing and applying various potting metals
Work inspection
Prepare cables for shipment

Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent required
1+ years of experience in a related field
Ability to use soldering iron, heat knife, measuring tape, and heat gun
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
Maintain clean work area
