Position Overview:
We are a well-established commercial construction firm seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a variety of construction projects. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of commercial construction projects.
2. Develop detailed project plans and ensure compliance with timelines and budgets.
3. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project success.
4. Oversee financial management of projects, including budget tracking and reporting.
5. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, regulations, and legal requirements.
6. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and workmanship quality.
7. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
8. Address project-related challenges in a timely and professional manner.
9. Maintain open lines of communication with all stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications:
1. At least 3 years of project management experience in the commercial construction sector.
2. A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
3. Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
4. In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety protocols.
5. Strong project management capabilities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk assessment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
8. Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, schematics, and construction documentation.
9. Familiarity with project management software and relevant technology.
10. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Management (CCM) is advantageous.
